· Pricing: All prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Price quotes provided via phone, email, or in person are valid for [7 days] unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Quotes
· Quotes: Any quote provided is an estimate based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary due to delivery location, quantity adjustments, or current material costs.
· Order Confirmation: An order is not considered accepted until you receive verbal or written confirmation from us.
· Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery & Pickup
· Pickup: Customers may pick up orders from our location at Unit Number 1, Main Street Business Center, 6 Sandcastle Shops, Main Street, Ocho Rios, during business hours.
· Delivery: Delivery fees are calculated separately based on distance, order size, and accessibility. We will provide a delivery quote before shipping.
· Inspection: Upon delivery or pickup, you are responsible for inspecting materials immediately. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
· Unloading: Unless otherwise arranged, customers are responsible for unloading materials upon delivery.
5. Payment Terms
· Accepted Methods: Cash, bank transfer, or [any other methods you accept].
· Deposits: We may require a deposit (typically 50% or 100% for custom/large orders) before processing or delivering your order.
· Final Payment: Full payment is due before or upon delivery/pickup, unless prior written credit terms have been established.
· Late Payment: Late payments may incur a fee of [e.g., 5% per month or a fixed JMD amount] or result in cancellation of the order.
6. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
· No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
· Exchanges Only: We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
· The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
· The exchange request is made within [7 days] of pickup or delivery.
· You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
· The product was not a special or custom order (custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged).
· Exchange Process: Approved exchanges will be credited toward another product of equal or greater value. If the replacement product costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit only (not cash).
· Defective Materials: If our products are defective due to manufacturing, we will exchange them at no charge. This does not cover damage from improper handling, storage, or installation.

· Material Use: Ocho Rios Block Builders supplies materials only. We are not responsible for construction quality, engineering decisions, or how materials are used once sold.
· Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
· Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by weather, road conditions, supplier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
