1. No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

2. Exchange Only
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
Condition Requirement
Time limit Within 7 days of pickup or delivery
Proof of purchase Original receipt required
Product condition Unused, undamaged, and in original condition
Product type Standard products only (custom/special orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged)

3. Exchange Process
1. Bring the product and original receipt to our location at Unit Number 1, Main Street Business Center, 6 Sandcastle Shops, Main Street, Ocho Rios.
2. We will inspect the product to confirm it meets the exchange conditions.
3. If approved, you will receive store credit toward another product.
Pricing rules for exchanges:
· If the replacement product costs more than the original → You pay the difference.
· If the replacement product costs less than the original → The remaining balance is issued as store credit only (not cash).

4. Defective Products
If a product is defective due to our manufacturing:
· We will exchange it for the same product at no charge.
· Defective claims must be made within 7 days of pickup or delivery.
· This policy does not cover damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following cannot be exchanged:
· Custom or special orders
· Products that have been used or installed
· Products damaged by the customer
· Products without original receipt
